2. Contact reception to book your Free Introductory session.
   Our sessions run all day six days a week.  We can help you to select classes to suit your individual requirements and level.
    
3. Your Introductory Workout Session.
   Wear suitable workout clothes and training shoes. Upon arriving one of our friendly staff will show you around and introduce you to the Black Belt Instructor you will be training with. During the class you will mix with people your own level and will spend 1 hour training and learning skills that will be safe, fun and easy to learn. Afterwards one of our staff will answer any questions you may have about training and joining and give you your Krauseworld Starter's Pack
